Jonathan Stirtz (JT) is an RN with three years of experience in PCU. He is certified for BLS, ACLS, and PALS. During his time in healthcare, JT experienced the damage that short staffing can have on the medical system, leading to patients not getting the care that they need, and nurses burning out from working far too many hours with no replacement.

As founder and CEO, JT created Statpick Staffing as an easy solution to this problem, connecting high-quality, trustworthy nurses and rad techs to facilities when they need them the most. JT was born in Texas and grew up overseas in East Africa before moving back to the States for university. After earning a BS in Biology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, JT went on to complete a 12-month BSN program with Baylor University. The experience illustrated for him that quality training and certification can be accomplished with timelines that challenge the status quo.

JT is committed to building a program that will empower both healthcare workers and the facilities they work for. As a bedside RN, he has firsthand exposure to the challenge of balancing the goals of professionals and administrators to build an efficient system that sets both up for success.
